If one on one Personal Training isn’t for you, but you still like having a structured program and someone to keep you accountable, it’s time to try Online Training. There are many benefits to online Training, some being the cost effectiveness of it, but also the fact that you have more flexibility with your schedule. Unlike one on one training, online training doesn’t involve matching schedules with your trainer. You will have your assigned workouts to perform each week, and you do your best to get them in when it works best for you. Your trainer will be in weekly contact with you to make sure you are staying on track, as well as to make any adjustments that may be necessary.
