Paul Harrison.
As a Trainer and Nutritionist with over 20 years of experience, I am passionate about helping you achieve your health and fitness goals. I believe in making simple and meaningful changes that can improve your quality of life. I practice what I preach and strive to be a role model for my clients, as well as a husband and a father.
I have a strong academic background in fitness and nutrition, having graduated from the Fitness and Lifestyle Management Program in 2006 and the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in 2011. I hold certifications from Precision Nutrition and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I have also been the official Fitness Judge for the Miss Canada Contest for three consecutive years.
My approach to coaching is multi-directional, meaning I address all aspects of your health, fitness, and weight loss journey. I tailor my programs to your individual needs and preferences, and I provide you with the support and guidance you need to succeed.

With over 25 years in the fitness industry, I am a certified personal trainer dedicated to empowering individuals across all fitness levels—from beginners and those in rehabilitation to seniors and athletes.
My comprehensive approach combines strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and flexibility work to create personalized programs that align with each client's unique goals and needs.
Throughout my career, I have earned multiple certifications which reflects on my commitment to ongoing education and the latest fitness methodologies.
